It's just a thank you to staff for everything they've helped me with. Information:

•  This form will be open for 5 hours! After the 5 hours has ended we will do a live roll in the Discord server! This announcement was made yesterday in the Discord. To get early updates please join the Discord here.
  

• Your finished application will be emailed back to you and will be allowed to be edited, once the form has closed edits will not be allowed.

• This is a FLATSALE gacha. If your application is rolled for a design you will be required to pay the artist based on the tier price you applied for.

• PAYPAL ONLY At this time we are only accepting PayPal as a form of payment. Please ensure you have this form of payment set up before applying!

• Once paid, the design you have rolled will be revealed and sent to you on the website and Toyhouse!

• After the gacha has fully ended and all designs are sent to their rightful owners, there will be a Discord channel set up for swapping the gacha designs.

• Depending on the amount of users participating will determine if we allow users to be able to win from both. Please only enter both tiers if you are able to afford the total cost if you happened to win both!
